This work investigates the problem of communication by radio frequency (RF) between robots in an atmosphere educative of laboratory, with the computer remote control desktop Internet facilities, using sensorial of detection and location of infrared kind, in the area of the task. Those robots will be for the use of the classes of automatization and robotics of the race of electrical engineering. The infrared sensors selected to attend robot in its physical positioning within the laboratory and for the control of work maneuvers; they consist of prototype of 16 emitters and receivers of noncoherent light in the near infrared, that form a matrix sensorial of about 12 squared meters of area of ground surface for the movements attended of robot (s). A computer Pentium III or equivalent owns a PLC program (logic controller programmable), to that two emitting cards of remote control by RF are connected, which send commandos of process and movements to the robot (s)....
