A 36 year old asymptomatic lady presented for theinvestigation of an incidentally found murmur. Physicalexamination revealed a flow murmur without any othersignificant signs. Electrocardiograph (ECG) showedsinus rhythm with no abnormal ST, T or Q wave changes(Figure 1).
