MEMóRIAS DE LEITURA: prática leitora em José Sime?o Leal

This work rebuilds the reader′s profile of the Paraibano José Sime?o Leal through the analysis of some fragments extracted from letters received by him and which belong to the Fundo Arquivístico José Sime?o Leal, and its contribution to the Oral History. The corpus analysis revealed aspects, gestures and habits of the peculiar ways of reading, some times individually some times extensively.The results prove some possible legibility in Sime?o′s reading practice.
