BIBLIOGRAPHIC PROBLEMS BASED ON A STUDY OF TERMINOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF NUTRITION

ONE OF THE responsibilities most often borne by the librarian is the preparation of bibliographies on certain specific subjects. Although there are few diseases more protean in their manifestations than tuberculosis and syphilis, yet the labor of assembling reference material in these fields is relatively simple. While other subjects undoubtedly offer difficulties in this respect, it is doubtful whether there is any subject which offers more trouble to the reference librarian than that of nutrition.
