Chocolate Innovation, the Puratos Way

Puratos Corporation USA launched it new Chocolate Innovation Center on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. This new center, located at Puratos Chocolate USA's production facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin, will support customers in the development of new chocolate products and recipes. From this fully equipped facility, chefs and chocolatiers can create any product that customers desire, using a variety of unique Puratos chocolate and ingredients along with specific production methods.
