When looking to produce very high performance seals for those really demanding applications, you could spend a small fortune on top-of-the range rubber compounds. But, as DP Seals' Andrew Piper reminds us, recent advances in rubber compounding have identified some lower cost alternatives that present no compromise in terms of performance and durability.
