Self-Timing Clock Doesn't Know What Year it Is

I have a Cason Atomic-Digital Clock-Calendar-Thermometer, a wall clock that has a receiver in it to set the time. A small antenna symbol appears steady on the display when the signal is strong enough.When it isn't, the symbol blinks. But the position on my office wall gets marginal reception. Perhaps it's from all the other noisy appliances (TV, computer, cable box, modem, router, etc.). Although the time stays correct when the reception is inadequate, the year changes to some arbitrary one. The easy fix is to remove the clock from the wall and put it near the window overnight.
