Defense Travel System: Travel At Your Fingertips

DTS is fully poised to eliminate manual administration with automated solutions, frustration with user-friendliness, costliness with economy, and mission diversion with mission focus. In short, DTS will make the DoD's travel process quicker, easier and better for all involved. The DTJ has chronicled the devel- opment of the Defense Travel System (DTS) since 2003. This year, significant gains have been made: system upgrades, an expanded user base, and ever-increasing DoD support. We are pleased to share the details as well as future plans in this issue devoted to Passenger Travel.
