So that if we shall deal falsely with our God in this work we have undertaken, and so cause Him to withdraw His present help from us, we shall be made a story and a byword throughout the world.rnIt is here that the origins and future of the Anglo-American relationship lie.rnNo two countries are enmeshed in the Bush Doctrine more than the United Kingdom and the United States. The Anglo-American special relationship is magnified exponentially by the practical alliance to fight terrorism combined with a shared Anglosphere tradition. However, this pales in comparison to the long-term and enduring staying power of the Anglo-American "special relationship" fundamentally based on the cement of natural law.
