Government Services Firm IDS International Acquires Two Training Services Companies

Government security services firm IDS International on Wednesday said it has acquired two companies focused on training services, DECO and GovSource. Terms of the deals were not disclosed. DECO, which is now a subsidiary of IDS and is based in Minnesota, provides international training and security solutions to government and commercial markets. The U.S. State Department is one of its customers.
