Explosive and Ordnance Demilitarisation Solutions Ltd (EODS) was specifically set up to undertake stockpile destruction. In more recent years, the company has developed machinery to aid the destruction of ammunition in an environmentally benign manner. The unexpected explosive event in Gerdec Albania has also introduced EODS to explosion aftermath clearance.rnEODS is currently running a reverse engineering project for the United States Department of State in central Southern Albania. The company is employing KM Poligan (the factory that produced all Albanian ammunition) to reverse engineer 82mm mortar ammunition.
