摘要

The year 2010 represents a significant milestone in the Soldato Futuro programme because it will see the delivery of the first 92 systems. These systems will be tested by the USD in the field at dismounted team/squad level, both technically and operationally. Moreover, during this year, parts of the survivability and lethality sub-systems belonging to Soldato Futuro will roll-out to the first unit of the 82nd Medium Infantry regiment, which is going to the Afghan theatre, along with the Freccia VBMs. Specifically, these parts are the helmet, the body armour, the rifle ARX160 and the IPR.
