Always moving forward

摘要

The primary focus of Defence Support Chain Operations and Movements (DSCOM) is to support deployed UK forces worldwide. One of six business units (BU) within the Joint Support Chain (JSC), DSCOM comprises circa 150 tri-service and civilian staff based predominantly at MoD Abbey Wood in Bristol, but with representatives in the JSC Services depots and in the Netherlands and Germany. DSCOM was created in 2005 to combine the enhanced functions of the original Defence Transport and Movements Agency (DTMA) with those of the Defence Logistics Operations Centre (DLOC). The graphic below indicates where DSCOM sits within the overall end-to-end (E2E) Defence Support Chain.
