Syed Qamar-Ur-Zaman Bukhari died on October 13, 2015. To Allah Almighty he belongs and indeed to him he shall return. I have no words to express my feelings, I am shocked, speechless and scared. He was more than a brother and a true companion to me, always stood by to guide and support me in difficult times. On many occasions he turned my tears into smiles. Syed Qamar-Ur-Zaman Bukhari was bold and honest, a hardworking and thorough professional. He remained an important part and parcel of litigation and credit administration departments in two organizations i.e. National Development and Finance Corporation (NDFC) and National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). He used to guide all his colleagues through elements of uncertainty and corifusion; he remained an invigorating personality for all of us.
