Plans for new IDFA dairy show

Plans for a new annual trade show have been revealed by the US trade association International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA). The new show will replace its existing show at the Worldwide Food Expo. IDFA has shared space with the American Meat Institute at the biennial show in Chicago over the last 10 years. From next year IDFA will be going ahead on its own with an annual trade show on innovation and trends in the dairy industry.
