Treattarome offers a honey alternative

Treatt has launched two new honey products, which when added to a range of food and beverages, add no sugar or calories. Honey Treattarome 9802 and Honey Treattarome 9804 are distilled from fresh honey and provide an effective alternative to honey in sweet formulations. Both products offer different qualities, and can be used in a variety of applications.rnThe new water based distillates have no physical interaction with other ingredients, which avoids changes to thernproduct such as colouring. Honey Treattarome 9802 and Honey Treattarome 9804 can be easily added in the bottling plant at a recommended minimum dosage of 25ppm, providing a 100% natural and authentic sweet flavour.
