UHT boosts Indonesian dairy

Consumption of dairy produce is growing in Indonesia where rising household incomes is helping lift demand for a wide range of products. Raw milk production has grown by almost 15 per cent annually during the past five years boosting supplies to the nation's dairy processors, most of which are located on the main island of Java. Indonesia is the world's largest archipelago consisting of more than 15,000 islands.
