Anchor's away with Makro

UK dairy brand Anchor has announced the launch of its new Anchor cheddar cheese range into the convenience channel. Anchor cheddar is now offered in 350g block formats at a MRRP of £4.50 (€5.31) for Anchor Mature Cheddar and £4.75 (€5.61) for the Anchor Extra Mature cheddar. It is offered in Makro depots and into Booker outlets, in small cases of six 350g blocks. The range is being produced in the UK using British milk, and the packaging includes prominent Anchor branding with different coloured swishes at the bottom of the pack.
