Q. What in your background prepared you for your current role? As CMO at Elopak, my role spans sustain-ability, product portfolio management, commercial excellence and communications. This fits with my track record as a sales and marketing executive with companies in paper (SCA, DS Smith), plastics (General Electric) and packaging (Amcor). My previous roles often involved providing bespoke products and services to an array of end user markets mostly in competitive sectors and various cultural environments. This enabled me to gain a background of inspiring global organisations towards realising profitable growth, applying a coherent view on sales performance and aligning marketing. I am very used to developing and working with a strategic agenda while driving execution of operating plans.
