Dairy experts from 48 countries discussed the future of dairy production during the 20th IFCN Dairy Conference (17-19 June in Berlin). The event focussed on the dairy trends in the last 20 years, the perspectives until 2040, with a special topic exploring different types of milk. Together with 85 research partners, IFCN has celebrated its anniversary and has taken a look at the organisations' success story. Started in 2000, today the network cooperate IFCN Dairy Research Network provides globally comparable dairy economic data and forecasts through IFCN models and a research partners network in 120 countries. Core competences lie in the field of milk production, milk prices and related economic topics. By providing the dairy data, knowledge and inspiration IFCN aims to create a better understanding of the dairy world.
