Fonterra sells foodspring to Mars

Fonterra has made NZD$64 million (€37.7m) in profit following the sale of German targeted nutrition business, foodspring to Mars. Dairy co-operative Fonterra sold its interest in foodspring's parent Goodminton as part of the transaction. It had held a stake in the business since March 2018.
