Fonterra on lookout for new CEO

New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra has announced that Theo Spierings (pictured right) will be stepping down from his role as CEO later this year. Fonterra says its board and Spierings had formally commenced succession discussions last year. As a result of that, the Fonterra Board initiated international searches in November 2017 to identify potential candidates and is now shortlisting candidates.
