Reduction of the complexity of CTGD(k)[CTGD denotes circuit of transformation of the group of digits]. According to(39), the k~0-elements makes contribution to the complexity of PA_TR(PA denotes parallel adder). Here and below, by a contact element(k~0-element)we mean an element that connects two communication lines(CLs). In Fig. 1 in[19], the points of arrows correspond to the positions of such elements(a standard term is an element of wired logic; in a physical medium, it is a connection of electrical conductors).
