A mobile system of word-for-word translation based on formal specifications for rendering of scientific texts in inflectional languages

Let us consider a description of the mobile program system DUAL developed for the word-for-word translation of scientific texts in inflectional languages characterized by a developed system of endings(inflections). Russian and Ukrainian are examples of such languages. The overriding purpose of elaboration of the considered System is the realization of scientific text translations from Russian into Ukrainian and vice versa using a Formal description of the translations. A distinctive feature of the DUAL system development is the preliminary creation of automation tools For the construction of language processors(LPs)in the form of LP generators which process texts in natural Languages.
