DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCIENTIFIC HERITAGE OF ACADEMICIAN GLUSHKOV IN MODERN TELECOMMUNICATION STRATEGIES

摘要

The most essential aspects of the scientific heritage of academician V. M. Glushkov are addressed. The essence of modern information-telecommunication strategies and the features of their implementation in Ukraine are revealed. The contribution of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" to the development of modern telecommunication strategies is demonstrated as intergenerational continuity and a guarantee for implementing the outstanding Glushkov's ideas.
