A 30 day site is a non-domestic construction project where construction work takes more than 30 days, or there are more than 500 person days of construction work (30 days site). Construction work covers the clearing of the site through to the fitting out of the building. On these sites the client must appoint a CDM Coordinator, a Principle Contractor and ensure that the HSE is informed, by use of an F10, of the site before work starts.
