SPECIAL ALL-WOMEN ISSUE: TO LEAN AND BEYOND

Welcome to our next edition focusing on diverse thought and voices to advance the profession. As we worked with authors for the first all-women authored edition in January/February 2020, the submissions we received included a variety of topics beyond lean, including accounting and general business. As it went to print, we realized there was enough valuable content for an additional edition. The authors in this edition deserve credit for staying focused to meet publishing deadlines during our disrupted economic and social environment from the COVID-19 virus. Our goal of author diversity has enriched everyone involved, and we hope this is extended to you during your reading of this issue.
