As your new AACE International Executive Director, com-pleting two months on the job, I would like to say thank you for the welcome and confidence you have given me. To be selected by the AACE International leadership to lead the staff and operations of the headquarters office in Morgantown is a responsibility I sought, and one I gratefully accept. I have over 25 years experience in association management, 15 years as executive director of national construction associations headquartered in Washington DC, as well as five years at a local association in Northeast Ohio. When I first applied for the executive director position, I said I wanted to bring stable, professional association management skills. These will assist in meeting the goals and aspirations of the leadership and members of AACE International.
