The Alabama Section's annual Spring Seminar was in Birmingham on Friday, May 12. This years seminar was entitled, "Project Management Overview." It was at the Washington Group International facilities in Meadow Brook Office Park The seminar was presented by Patricia Tatum, of Huntsville, Alabama. She has been providing consulting and training services in project management to corporations for over 25 years. Ms. Tatum also teaches courses in Microsoft Project, and is MOS expert certified. The seminar course addressed the key concepts of the triple constraints: scope, cost, and time management in managing projects. Attendees were divided into project teams and participated in hands on learning exercises during the day.
