Builders' breakfasts to boost awareness

CITB-ConstructionSkills has begun a series of builders' breakfasts designed to highlight the need for closer working between the construction and built environment sector and local government in delivering growth, jobs and skills.The first breakfast was held in Corby last week in partnership with Local Government Information Unit and Corby Borough Council, and saw local authorities and construction businesses brought together to plan for the future. CITB-ConstructionSkills' Mike Bialyj says that bringing these two groups of people together is important for the construction and built environment industry.
