A new Willmott Dixon primary care centre has been awarded a BREEAM Outstanding rating -becoming the first healthcare building to do so at post construction stage. The centre in Houghton-le-Spring achieved a score of 85.31 per cent, exceeding the Department of Health's BREEAM requirements.
