N Ireland to address jobs and skills drain

Northern Ireland's construction industry has been suffering from among the worst conditions in the UK according to recent trade surveys and market reports. The Federation of Master Builders' most recent State of Trade survey found that workloads for small and medium-sized construction firms fell for the 14th month in a row in July, while the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors reported NI as having by far the largest number of declining chartered surveyor workloads in June.
