Berkeley tops the table as a result of its £lbn mixed-use redevelopment of the Goodman's Field site in Tower Hamlets. The scheme comprises the demolition of a Bank of Scotland building and the construction of buildings of up to 21 storeys and conversion works to form 754 flats, 650-room student accommodation and a 315-bedroom hotel.
