South-west breaks the mould amid regional slump

Both the capital and the South-east top 10s post declining values but the South-west fights back with marginal growth for 12 months to June London's top firms saw combined wins dip for the year to June, down 3.6 per cent compared with the year to May to stand at £5.82bn. The top four contractors held their positions, though Mace saw its lead reduced. The stand-out change saw Kier fall out of the top 10 from fifth, allowing Lendlease and Wates up two spots each.
