North Wales firm plots UK-wide PRS expansion

Welsh contractor Anwyl will target other UK regions following the approval of its first PRS scheme. Anwyl Construction, which works in Wales and the Northwest, will look at expanding its PRS and student accommodation offerings across the UK after securing planning on a project in Liverpool last month. Anwyl has launched a new division, Anwyl Land, to help identify sites for development. It has made two appointments to lead the business: Phil Dolan as managing director and Duncan Gregory as land and planning director, both of whom joined from land promoter Gladman.
