Why I want to spark a debate: the industry must change right now

When I took on the review of the construction sector, I realised early on that I needed to spark a debate about serious change in an industry that has some complex problems. My conclusions are unavoidable: unless we challenge traditional working structures, the sector is in serious danger of becoming unfit for purpose within a matter of years.
