Mace chosen for next phase of Olympic regen

Mace has been chosen to build the next phase of the East Village residential development near the Olympic Park. The contract covers the second phase of the transformation of the London 2012 Athletes' Village into a new residential neighbourhood. The company will build two towers measuring 30 and 26 storeys high. Collectively they will include 482 homes and be completed in 2018. East Village is part of the wider regeneration of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which will ultimately create a series of new neighbourhoods in east London, delivering 7,000 homes.
