Keepmoat chosen for £22m Harworth regen

Keepmoat has bagged a deal to deliver the first phase of a regeneration project in West Yorkshire - expected to be worth £22m in sales. The Doncaster-based company will build and sell 157 two and three-bedroom homes as part of the Flass Lane project in Castleford. The broader brownfield scheme, which is being led by developer Harworth Group,was given outline planning permission by Wakefield Council in September 2015.
