The structure (SM) has a connection layer (CL) intercalated between a support element (P) and a mass layer (CM). An airtight zone (FE) covers entirety of a cavity (CV) e.g. L-shaped cavity, with the exception of a chosen place of the cavity such that the cavity resonates at given resonance frequency considered from chosen length and location of the chosen place. The chosen place is situated above an end (E1) of the cavity such that the cavity constitutes a quarter-wave type resonant cavity.
