The Scottish top 10 posted another steady decline for the year to February, the value of combined wins down 5.1 per cent compared with the year to January to hit £2.54bn. The top three were unchanged but McLaughlin & Harvey fell three to seventh, allowing Graham, Morgan Sindall and Balfour Beatty up a place as Cruden pushed out Galliford Try.
