Morgan Sindall and Willmott Dixon are among the winners on a new £2.1bn Constructing West Midlands framework. Solihull and Sandwell councils, as well as Acivico, a Birmingham city council-owned design, construction and facilities management specialist, are behind the framework to deliver capital building works, and repair and maintenance. Open to other public sector bodies, it has been set up for use across a range of construction projects, including public sector buildings such as schools and health facilities, infrastructure, industrial buildings, offices and commercial buildings.
