TfL mulls plan to commute by boat

Transport for London (TfL) is investigating the option of using boats to transport workers to sites. The operator is exploring a way to enable the construction sector to privately hire boats to transfer workers to construction sites accessible from the river. Construction News understands boats would use existing TfL infrastructure and providers on the Thames to serve sites such as Battersea Power Station. TfL's river-bus service, Thames Clippers, is set to resume some services from Monday.
