U+I unveils plans for its 1,500-home Greenwich Peninsula scheme

Property developer U+I has announced plans to build 1,500 new homes in a 260,000 sq ft mixed-use project on Greenwich Peninsula in London. The group is currently consulting with local stakeholders on the Modern Wharf plans, which include 11 residential buildings ranging from six to 37 storeys, a new 174,000 sq ft riverfront park known as Modern Park and the refurbishment of an old jetty.
