Modular firm raids Crest Nicholson for staff

Modular homes specialist Ilke Homes has poached two Crest Nicholson employees to join their former boss Ben Miller. Mr Miller, who spent 15 years at the housebuilder prior to joining Ilke as group managing director, has brought in Tom Heathcote and Tristin Willis from Crest. Mr Heathcote will serve as Ilke's new group land and planning director. He joins the business having notched up more than 15 years' experience in the housebuilding industry, including the delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across the country.
