Minister: Interserve refinancing a 'positive outcome'

Interserve's refinancing is a "positive outcome" for customers, the supply chain and employees, a Cabinet Office minister has said. Minister for implementation Oliver Dowden told MPs on Monday that the company's prepack administration had resulted in an outcome in which "schools continue to be cleaned, roads continue to be repaired and improved, and services in government buildings continue to run as normal".
