Interserve was set to release details of its controversial restructuring plan this week as CN went to press. Along with full information about the plan and its £480m debt-for-equity swap the company will announce the date for its general meeting to vote on proposals. Interserve's lenders have lined up EY as an administrator in case the board's restructuring plan is blocked by shareholders, it has been reported.
