Construction output in the 27 EU countries was down by -11,1% in July 2009 compared to 12 months ago according to Eurostat.rnOnly Poland and Germany saw year-on-year increases to July of +10,6% and +1,9% respectively.rnElsewhere, Spain and Slovenia both saw contractions in output of -20,5%, with Romania falling-17,5% and the UK -14,9%.
