Contractors optimistic

Confidence in the US commercial construction industry is strong, despite significant concerns around jobsite efficiency and labour productivity, according to the fourth quarter 2017 USG Corporation & US Chamber of CommerceCommercial Construction Index. The Index showed that optimism remained high, with 57% of contractors expecting tohire in the next six months and a large majority reporting stable or increased revenueexpectations in the coming year.
