Fx Series hydraulic breakers from Furu-kawa Rock Drill USA (Fx175,Fx275, Fx375, and Fx475) feature a three-point dust-intake-prevention system that uses grooves to trap contaminants on the piston's up-stroke and expel them on the down-stroke. A new valve is designed to reduce hydraulic-fluid temperature and increases performance. Large models in the Series feature a square, mono-block body that eliminates the need for a separate cylinder, front head and thru-bolts.
