Although the group intended the song to convey a dark message, let's redeem the image and consider a more encouraging future. For the second consecutive year, a young professional has led his team to the ultimate equipment-management honor: Fleet Master. Construction Equipment and the Association of Equipment Management Professionals co-created this award about 15 years ago with the express purpose of encouraging and acknowledging excellence within what was then an under-recognized profession.
